Yup! You read that Right! You’re about to be Chocopunched- Get it? Choco-punched? No? Okay Whatever.
This Chocolate Mug Cake is like no other. Incredibly rich and full of chocolatey goodness, with a scoop of Nutella nestled into the moist cake- you’re gonna want to save this one for a rainy day!
I’m pretty sure it’ll fix any broken hearts and dry any tears-Trust me!
Heres what you’ll need:
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon flavourless oil
- 1 tablespoon nutella
Put all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Then the wet
And MIX!!
How easy was that? stress free I tell you!
Pour the batter into a microwave safe mug or ramekin, and then place the Nutella in the middle- no need to push it down as it sinks when you cook the cake- that sounds weird, but its not really baking is it?
Cook your cake in the Microwave for 1 Minute. After which it should be cooked, if not cook again in 10 second bursts till the top is no longer wet.
Give it a dusting of icing sugar and…….
………DIG IN!
