Why am I shouting? Must be from the sugar or somn?

If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen that I had a Food Filled Easter Holiday, and my favourite thing HANDS DOWN was The Ricotta Hotcakes at Granger&Co that i’ve been dreaming about for AGEESS.

I am Glad to say that they taste just as amazing as they look. Incredibly Soft and fluffy and don’t get me started on the honeycomb butter.

Ever Since I had these, i’ve been DYING to go back, I NEED these in my life, like everyday.

I know you’re drooling right now, It’s okay, I am too.

Granger&co is incredibly cute, from the marble table tops to the potted plant filled entrance, Its the perfect Brunch location.

Not only are their Hot cakes AH-MAZING and all that you wish for In pancakes, they have an awesome fried chicken burger and Super Yummy Drinks!

I present to you the Fried Chicken Burger in All of its glory!

Mmmm, look at all those yummy veggies (not). Actually, I don’t mind Cabbage, or cucumbers- but it looks so intimidating! All piled high and mighty- I know!

But DAMN, was this good! The chicken was crispy but also tender, no dry paper texture. Super Yummy.

Obviously I got something to drink, all that goodness needs to be washed down with something- probably should be water but again, I don’t drink a lot of water- I need to change my ways, honestly. Today, I opted for the Passion Fruit Homemade Soda.

Speaking of Drinks-I have a thing for Lemonade, seriously its a THING! If you ever see me drinking something at a restaurant be sure it’s lemonade. Preferably homemade lemonade but I’ll take any variation of this sweet nectar- (what even am I saying?). I just thought I’d share that random piece of information with you, cos we’re friendsss!

Anyway, I digress.

Granger&Co you get a 110 out of 100 from me.
