Hello, Hello!

Welcome to another edition of #treatyoselftuesday.

Nothing beats easy sweet treats for me, so over the next couple of Tuesday’s i’ll be sharing multiple fudge recipes and SINGLE SERVING CHEESECAKE RECIPES as well! How exciting- I KNOW!

I’m excited.

I have to say, i’m quite proud of myself. I created my very own single serving Oreo cheesecake from scratch and LAWD, is it GOOD!

You’re gonna have to wait for that one- but trust me, you’ll be in the kitchen all day, errday after seeing how easy and delicious it is.

Okay, the fudge. It’s literally 3 ingredients- YES! 3!

Mix them all up and melt and you’re basically done- how easy? I know!

Here’s what you’ll need:

P1040163

  • 1/2 a can of condensed milk (7 oz/ 198g)
  • 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate
  • 10 crushed Oreos

First, melt your chocolate and condensed milk together in the microwave or in a pan.

Then add your Oreos.

Pour it all into a Tupperware lined with parchment and let it set!

That’s it! Well, you sill kinda have to cut it up into squares- I mean, go ahead and just eat the whole thing like a slice of pizza if you please. I don’t judge.

But if you would like to share, just trim the edges and cut into squares.

I let mine set overnight in the fridge and gave it a few minutes to relax before I cut it.

I will now bombard you with pictures- because I spent a lot of time taking these pictures.

Side note- photography is STRESS, like. I don’t know how people do it- My camera or rather my dad’s old camera is just… yeah, I often get the Urge to smash it. But sometimes it behaves and we get along- I’m definitely going to be needing some kinda photography workshop, But anyways enjoy my attempt at taking the perfect shot, and go make yourself some fudge!
